Poche Centre

The Poche Centre is Australia’s largest Melanoma Institute located in Wollstonecraft. The World Class designed, and purpose-built facility provides the multi-disciplinary team – including surgeons, medical oncologists, dermatologists, pathologists, researchers, nurses, biobank specialists and psychologists to work collaboratively under the one roof, enhancing the exchange of ideas, fast tracking research and providing patients with ground-breaking treatment and support. Barnwell Cambridge were contracted to complete the supply and installation of the electrical and associated services within the 6 floor (8224 m2) Poche Centre.

Incorporated within the facility was a 100-seat auditorium, conference rooms, six fully contained consulting suites and one floor dedicated to building operations (plant rooms). Other facilities included educational amenities, large conference rooms, research space and in-building car park.
